GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE HOTEL MIRAMAR CROUESTY
BOOKINGS and PAYMENT
At the time of booking you will be requested to provide a credit card number as a booking guarantee. In the event of non-payment, the credit card number provided as a guarantee will debited following the same conditions applied for a cancellation.
The credit card number shall be destroyed on the date of departure. For a stay of one week or more, the services shall be paid every 7 days.
Rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and to be vacated by 12 pm on the day of departure.
All stays include free access to the hotel sports facilities during opening hours (sauna, Hammam, work-out centre, panoramic heated seawater swimming pool), access to sports activities at the hotel from Monday to Saturday depending on availability and on booking.
Our prices indicated in Euros do not included drinks, telephone, private expenses, nor medical expenses and visitor's tax of € 0.95 per day per adult (12 yrs +).
Within the context of packages, there shall be no deductions made for services not availed of (for a change of board during your stay, please ask at Reception)
Our published tariffs are liable to change without prior notice.
Offered or prepaid stays shall not be refunded.
CANCELLATION- NO SHOW
All cancellations must be expressed in writing (letter, fax, email) and shall entail the deduction of €30 for administrative charges per person cancelling.
Cancellations more than 10 days prior to arrival date shall result in a deposit refund, minus administrative charges.
In the event of a cancellation less than 10 days before the arrival date or the customer not showing up the hotel retains the total deposit, that is to say 30% of the stay total.
Cats and dogs are welcome at the hotel (with a supplement, details from the Booking service), on condition they are kept on a leash in the hotel and the immediate surroundings. However access to the restaurant level and the thalassotherapy is strictly prohibited.
As your details will be processed, you have the right to access, modify, rectify or delete any data concerning yourself, in compliance with the “informatique et liberté” law (French Data Protection Act) dated 6 January 1978.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE THALASSOTHERAPY
The thalassotherapy is open every day from 8.30 am to 11 am and 2 pm to 6.30 pm. This timetable is liable to change, without prior notification.
All prices are net and in Euros A treatment which is suspended or any service which has been booked but not availed of for whatever reason shall not refunded. The hotel’s public prices are liable to change without prior notice.
BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
Bookings made more than 15 days prior to the date of your stay are subject to a deposit of €150 per person. A booking confirmation is sent following the lodgement of the deposit. In the event of credit card payment, the deposit is debited directly. In the event of payment by cheque, this should be received within 7 days maximum.
Beyond this deadline, the booking shall be automatically cancelled, without prior warning. The balance is due 15 days before the stay date at the latest. It shall be debited from your account 15 days before the stay if the deposit was paid by credit card. In the absence of payment by this date for cheque and cash payments, the booking shall be considered cancelled.
In the event of a booking made less than 15 days before the stay, the total stay shall be paid by credit card at the time of booking, or by cheque in a maximum period of 7 days.
Any booking cancellation should be made by mail, email or fax at the Bookings Centre.
The date of the cancellation confirmation will be taken into consideration in calculating the cancellation fees.
More than 15 days before the stay: we retain the €150 deposit (per person)
Between 8 and 15 days before the stay: we retain 50% of the total stay
Between 1 and 7 days before the stay: we retain 75% of the total stay
No show: We retain the full total of the stay
CANCELLATION AND SUSPENSION OF STAY
For your thalassotherapy, we suggest you take out an insurance policy with a company that provides a refund for cancellation or suspension fees if, for unforeseeable reasons covered by your policy, you are obliged to cancel or cut short your stay.
Such insurance conditions can be sent to you on request.
The insurance should be taken out at the time of booking the stay and the insurance premium paid at the same time as the deposit (or with the total stay if your booking is made less than 15 days before your arrival). The premium is not refundable.
Before the beginning of your stay, you can transfer your booking to a third party who should fulfil all the policy conditions and should, as a result, inform us of the transfer
7 days before the start of the stay at the latest by registered letter with a acknowledgement of receipt mentioning the following points: your surname, first name and address, as well as the surname, first name and
address of the third party who shall replace you for the duration of the stay.
You and the third party replacing you shall be jointly responsible for the payment of the full stay and any possible charges entailed by the transfer.
MEDICAL VISIT OR MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
We inform you that you will be given the opportunity to meet one of our doctors at the medical visit at the start of your treatment (a non compulsory visit costing €32 per person) or else to give us (before arrival) a medical certificate from your doctor stating any reason why you should not take part in thalassotherapy or sports activities. Payment is due for all medical visits which have been booked and not cancelled.
Medical or physiotherapeutic acts carried out as part of thalassotherapy treatment are non refundable – circular from the Caisse National d’Assurance Maladie(National Health Insurance) No. 5698 dated 23 December 1998.
BOOKING OF CUSTOMIZED TREATMENT (AESTHETIC OR THALASSOTHERAPY)
Booking of customized treatments can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the start of treatment. Beyond this deadline, a fine of 50% of the treatment fee shall be retained in the event of a no show or a late cancellation request.
For external bookings (non resident), 50% of the treatment fee shall be requested at the time of booking.
Deterioration to the room caused by the customer during his stay shall be billed. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage to luggage left by customers in the public areas of the hotel premises, in an unlocked room or in a car left in an external car park.
The customer agrees to invite no one whose behaviour might cause harm to the hotel, the latter reserving the right to intervene if necessary.
No dispute or claim shall be considered unless formulated in writing and address to the hotel by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 8 days of the end of the stay. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an out-of-court settlement, the court with jurisdiction shall be that closest to the hotel location.
The hotel may be relieved of its obligations or may refuse execution thereof in the event of the impossibility of carrying them out due to unforeseeable circumstances, or in the event of force majeure (total or partial destruction of the hotel, strike, fire etc.)
